Bought it ahead of time for my grand daughter's birthday. It sat in the box for three weeks waiting for her day. My son built it, it doesn't work and now they won't return it. It won't even turn on.

What little sugar actually spun, spun straight into the air. It also burned the sugar. Called customer service and was advised to return item. I did, and was refunded.
Bubble does not come with machine and the one that fits best is around$75

After messing around with a toy given to my son's (jellybelly brandI)Istarted looking at commercial machines between$175 & $300. Read many reviews and went with the Midway.i have had no issues up to this point other than needing a bubble to prevent my house from sugar Cobb webbs. I really do love my machine and it was the rage of the block on Halloween. This company should at least offer a bubble for sale as it took me some time to review the others on the market.. I took note that the less expensive model does not snap on and make noise from loose fit. The foam may work for a minute but certainly will not be as sanitary as the more expensive model(by approximately $15). I am purchasing my bubble tonight and will review post test run. I am pleased with my purchase.
