Received damaged, and a very weak cheap product

I got it and it had scuff marks on it already. It locks up and is hard to pull out. The very top pieces started to become loose and now pops off easily, and the next piece is also getting loose. This sword was used for a cosplaying event, and I only used it in poses and not actual combat, and I took good care of it. The grip is nice at least.
