I don't review a lot of products, but this is one that stands out. I gave these a try knowing I needed to replace my plastic cups sooner than later. I bought the 4 pack. Loved them so much I emailed the company to see if I could do a bulk order and replace all cups at once. They are for home use, I am not a restaurant.

Key things I love about these 1 - they are weighted well. I set a cup down even on a picnic table and they don't tip. 2 - the insulation they use is thin, the cups don't have a thick wall, yet you can't feel the temp on the outside at all. Zero condensation with a cold drink. (Guessing they would be great for hot drinks also this next winter) 3 - all surfaces are smooth and easy to clean. No edges for any chocolate milk to get trapped, unlike my plastic cups. 4 - when using a spoon in the cup, they actually even sound solid as it clinks the side of the cup. 5 - they seemed to be sized perfectly for the too dishwasher rack. I have a normal dishwasher, they don't overlap the little guides. You can pack a ton of them in the rack. 6 - they stack perfectly and don't get stuck together. 7 - best of all, they will last the rest of my life! I am 43, this is actually very exciting to me as I hate the waste of having to throw things away that go bad sooner than they should. These will last!

I will likely only purchase more as gifts, I have already replaced (with extras) all the cups I will ever need. With the replacement guarantee, I will never need to purchase cups again! The price is well worth it if you look at needing to replace cups every few years due to normal use.

The Lancaster Steel Tumbler is the right height (six inches) and shape for use as a catch bin for my recently acquired Rancilio Rocky Coffee grinder. For multi-cup drip grinding it is neat and convenient to use the tumbler to catch the ground coffee under the Rocky's pour spout. This saves my spouse from trying to keeping a finger on the grind button while holding and rotating the coffee basket & paper filter in the other hand to prevent a messy spill. Coffee grounds static clinging to the tumbler are minimal to none at all. The tumbler quality and finish are excellent and it blends well enough to look as if it were made in Milan to be part of the Rocky.

What a beautiful and comfortable Tumbler! Workmanship is very good, very smooth inside and outside. Great shaping! Excellent insulation. (This is the key point for double wall cup). One of the best in its class. When I pour boiled water into the cup, outside of the cup you feel nothing. Only the rim getting warm, which is good. When you drink, it will tell your lip 'get ready, it's hot inside.' Didn't test the cold drinking. (if hot is good, then cold should be good too). No metal taste after pre-wash. No doubt, it deserves 5 Stars. Hope the cup comes with a lid as an option for travel use.

A truly SUPERB set of glasses and not just for beer. They are a perfect all around size for any cold drink or hot drink for that matter. The insulation is a dramatic step up and offers a whole bunch of advantages. First is that Ice will last in these for hours, saving wear and tear on your ice maker and make running out of ice less likely with gatherings.In addition, less ice melting means a better drink. Also, there is no sweating at all, therefore no need for napkins or coasters to protect table tops from ring marks and for that matter no post clean-ups either. The bottoms of these have an extremely smooth contact area and the top rim is outstanding... fantastic for drinking or just sipping. The side walls remain totally dry and at a comfortable temperature which is great for your hands. The outside finish is lightly brushed to perfection while the inside is a smooth matte. The thickness of the glass is slight so you would never know it is a double wall design. Virtually no maintenance and pure drinking pleasure makes these the best glasses I've ever owned and well worth the money for something that is used every day. There are absolutely no negatives and as a result, these are the best unbreakable glasses you will ever drink from.

Update... So superb, I ordered 2 more but don't really feel like doing another review. If you want the best then these are it.

We love these, love them! We've had them a couple of weeks now and think they're the best cups ever. You can have hot coffee in one, and it stays hot for a long time; ice water in another, and it stays cold (as in the ice even stays "ice") for a long time, and it's all without lids even. We bought 8 and it was totally worth the money.

Update: We ended up buying another set of 4 to have a total of 12, we love them so much.
