Pros:
The bulb is a pink balloon with a flat bottom and holds a decent amount of fluid and is easy to clean.
Expression of liquid is very very good.

However, I did not have the success other reviewers have indicated here for these reasons:

Cons:
The insertion tube is made of hard plastic with holes drilled along the shaft that need to be sanded down (otherwise it is uncomfortable). Additionally, the insertion tube does not conform to the female body.

Instead, I opted for a silicone soft-tip enema bulb. Currently there are two available on Amazon and you can also find one on the goodvibes.com website. I think the advertisement here does a disservice to customers as there currently is no picture of the product.

I've tried 3 of these douche bottles. They have all started to leak within 2 weeks of daily use around the insert in the neck of the bottle into which the enema tube screws. If you screw it in tight enough so the threads don't like, then the insert seems to come loose and start to leak. Faulty design?

While I would say this item is okay but the way of packing those accessaries may need improvement. When I opened the colorbox like the picture shown. I immediately noticed that the white tube was in a terrible condition: It's not like the way what shown in the picture; the tube is in a natural circular way, it's instead folded randomly and tightly in 7 sections, so it created 7 permanent deformed, narrowed, flattened, squeezed folds that would not allow the tube to return to a straight tube but a zig-zag deformed tube in 9 sections. Same poor packing way on the red rubber bag, it's totally deformed into several sections like the tube. I have tried to sink the tube and filled up the bag with hot water, trying to soften them up, but the poor way of packing have already done the permanent damages. There's no leak yet, but those pressed folds where the structures of the plastic/rubber material already damaged would be the weakest areas that might cause cracks and leaking, they'd be my constant nagging worries in the future.

Update:

I have an original one before I purchased this one and still using it. After I compared these two completely identical products, I have found out that the one I newly bought from this Amazon.com seller is a totally different story not just the poor mindless packing of the white tube.

1) About the rubberized douchebag: The quality, the sizes, the dimensions, the thickness: The newly bought is much smaller, much thinner, much lighter in weight and with a very inferior workmanship. It's a terrible downgrade in almost every field and the poor manufacturing quality is alarming bad!
2) The front end of the plastic douche pipe is straight rough flat, while my original one is with a gradually beveled and curved tip end and much much smoother for easier painless insert.
3) The permanently deformed and damaged white tube from the careless folding could never be returned to normal. The 7 folds sections have transformed it into a bamboo stick like ugly tube with 7 sagged folds that could never be recovered to a straight tube.

I really don't like this inferior item!

This would be a decent product except the hose is awful and does not come with a clamp. Too often hose comes off - what a mess. With no clamp, there is no way to turn off water flow and the hose is of such poor quality and stiff that it would take a VERY strong clip to clamp it. I've thrown the hose away. I will look for a decent hose and clamp at a hobby shop. That should make this product work. I would not order it again. Come on, was the penny or two save by using the worthless hose worth ruining the product?
