After using all three bowls this past weekend, I can say they DO work. I did pre-chill each with ice cubes for about 20 minutes. Upon removing the ice, I filled each with various salads. The contents remained cold throughout a four hour party. They work best when the tops have been replaced after guests have taken their initial servings. I do recommend these bowls. but care must be taken not to submerge them in water.

These casseroles are keeping food hot for 4 hours as advertised. Look nice and of good quality. Only negative is the lids are not easy to open sometimes as the handles don't have good grip.

It's good and keeps the food warm but the biggest flaw is the design of the opening lid which doesn't have grip at all. You won't be able to open the lid which skids from your hand and they need to put a grip to have better product.
