Stroopwafels are generally huge. These treats are a decently-sized dessert or snack. Reading the nutritional label it states that: total fat 6 gms.; cholesterol 5 mg.; sodium 90 mg.; total carbs 19 gms. (dietary fiber 6 gms. and sugars 3 gms.; protein 1 gm.; 5 mg. calcium; 1 mg. iron; and, 10 mg. potassium. Light, crispy and a great flavor. Totally decent treat!

I really like these cookies. Even though they're described as caramel vanilla flavor, they also have a very strong cinnamon flavor that overpowers the vanilla. I still like them though. But the makers should call them caramel/vanilla/CINNAMIN!
