It is not like night and day, but they do help with oncoming traffic on the dark roads at night. It really helps with the people who refuse to turn off their brights. I would say these are worth the money if you do lots of driving at night.

I have been having a very difficult time seeing at night with oncoming traffic headlights (even with no high beams- and no, I'm not staring into the lights. I think it's all the new LED headlights and their projection angles). I'm always nearly blind in rural areas with no ambient (street, house lights, etc.). These glass are fantastic and dramatically reduce the brightness of oncoming traffic headlights without reducing visibility. I'm going to get additional pairs to leave in my wife's car when I drive it.
