It looks beautiful. However if you look up close you can tell pieces do not fit like they are supposed to and it came damaged. It looks as if they tried to repair the damaged piece but let's em real you can't repair particle board. It'll work for now but was a little disappointed they'd send one that they knew was damaged.

I would give this only 3 stars since 2 pieces arrived broken and 1 piece chipped, but I'm giving it 4 stars because it still looks really nice. I was able to just glue the pieces back together with wood glue but for nearly $400 i shouldn't have to fix anything 😕

Very happy with this purchase. It gets 4 stars because there were a couple pieces that were damaged. Nothing major though or that can be seen after I assembled it. Arrived on time and putting it together was extremely tedious. There are tons of pieces! In total it took me about 6 hours to do. Spent 4 hours one evening and then finished it the next day in about 2 hours. As you can see in the close up picture it didn't line up perfectly but I'm 100% confident that is my fault. Puts out great heat and is an excellent addition to my dining room.

This fireplace is really nice. It takes some putting together since its a fireplace/bookcase combo but it looks great. We put it in a bedroom with a tv mounted above. The fireplace itself looks like a built-in the way the controls light up and then go black when not in use. The glass front and surround are really good quality. There was a piece missing and the manufacturer's customer service wasnt much help but Cymax customer service was great, they stepped up & sent the missing piece & were great about making sure we were happy. Excellent purchase.
