OMG! I had the pure pleasure of tasting this maple syrup at a Farmers Market (Pierce Street Market) this past weekend (Aug 11th 2017) here in Clearwater FL. Buying online can be difficult to know for sure of what you are getting but getting to taste this in person I can promise you this is the best pure maple syrup I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. I purchased the dark amber colored one because I so enjoyed the deep maple flavor. Years ago I quit buying maple syrup at a grocery store because I could not figure out what all the fuss was about, now know what all the chefs rave about when they tell us to use REAL maple syrup well in my opinion here it is. I also purchased the Escuminac Organic Pure Maple Spread (Tartinade Biologique Pur Erable). This is like eating candy in a jar. The associate who I bought from told me they will be Amazon Prime in 3 days ... so I will be ready to buy more here on Amazon.

Too good. I find myself going to the fridge and pouring a spoonful just because I want the amazing taste in my mouth. No need to make French toast or pancakes, but I have had it on those items too. Oh, and my Canadian friend suggested pouring some on vanilla ice cream. Wow! So delicious. This is the best maple syrup I've ever had.

I made a gluten free pancake (my husband is celiac) and sauteed some plums in the syrup to serve with the pancakes.
