Puracy customer service is not "100% satisfaction"

I've used this dish soap before and thought it was great when I first used it -- free of most chemicals, and was sudsy enough to wash dishes cleanly. A lot of chemical-free dish soaps have a problem with lathering and do not clean very well, so I was glad when I first tried this dish soap that it seemed to work well. As a result, I reordered two refill bags. Upon using the first refill bag, it seemed like the soap was 90% just water -- I ended up going through that first refill bag in a matter of weeks. It was insane how I could not get the soap to lather. I was using 4-5 pumps of dish soap to try and get enough of a lather to clean any dishes. I thought the first refill bag was a fluke, so I tried the second refill bag. Same thing. It's as if the refill bags were diluted with so much water that 1. it did not lather; 2. it was not soapy; and 3. there was no "gel-like" consistency, it was like pure water coming out of the bags. Given the "100% satisfaction"by Puracy, I contacted Puracy to get this resolved. Instead, "Katie" from "Client Relations @ Puracy" is making me jump through hoops to get any sort of resolving of the issue. She first asked me if I was using their hand soap, which was a stupid question to ask -- what am I, 5 years old? Did she think I couldn't read? After I told her that I was using dish soap, it took her 4 days to get back to me with a request to take pictures of the lot number of the bags. After 4 days, you now want me to take pictures of the bags? I have the second refill bag, but not the first refill bag since I went through that one weeks ago. I should have kept all the bags as proof, but really, if Puracy is going to claim "100% satisfaction", your approach of making me jump through these hoops is not my idea of keeping your promise of "100% satisfaction". Never buying this brand again.
I am thrilled with this product!

After developing some contact allergies to chemicals found in many home and beauty products, I was so glad to find this product which I originally ordered in the standard size. Not only did the product turn out to be safe for my skin, I found it effective and with a very pleasant scent. I was thrilled to find the large refill, both for the minimized environmental impact as well as for the improved unit price. Thank you so much for a wonderful product that goes beyond meeting basic expectations.
Gentle but good quality dish soap.

I've enjoyed using this dish soap and like it in comparison to other brands that are either rough, or smell "fake", or create mountains of suds. This formula gives me moderate suds but cleans as well as any brand, even with plastic. It has a slight smell, very fresh. I recommend it.

Pros: Gentle on the skin, All-natural product
Cons: Pricey, it doesn't sud out well so you need to keep putting more onto the sponge. I think that's because it's all natural so it doesn't have all the chemicals added to make it more sudsy. It also doesn't seem to get rid of grease easy.
I'm not sure if I will buy it again. I like that it's all natural but maybe there are better options out there.

Excellent non-stick soap

This soap is great!! So amazing and it doesn't leave a nasty dish soap tasting residue on my pans. I stopped realizing the taste of dish soap after a while even after rinsing thoroughly but after using this I will never go back.
Finally a dish soap that doesn't stick to your pans.
