My grandchildren LOVE it! Colors are great, easy as plug and play...or, play, then plug in for a big WOW effect at the end. The only difference from the original, is that it doesn't have the plastic tab on the sides to tuck your template paper in, to hold it in place. But the easy remedy is to simple place a peg in one of the lettered spaces near each corner, then it is secure to fill the rest of the template. My only complaint is it only comes with 6 pictures to fill, and they just aren't as nice as the original images. So, mahe sure to order extra, and honestly, for the $8 it cost for the Light Bright itself, you'll be able to afford the extra!
Great buy, shipped very fast, fun for all ages, as long as the child is over the insert everything into mouth stage, because the pegs could easily be swallowed. So, avoid using around toddlers.

I purchased this classic play thing as a small gift for my grandson; however, I was disappointed that I received it in a slightly tattered box that had shipping labels placed directly on the storage box for the Lite-Brite. I am not certain they can be removed without marring the photos and causing further damage to the box. Of course with play, the box will probably become slightly tattered anyway, but because it was a gift, it would've been nice to present it to him for the first time in top quality condition.
