I had never heard of this vitamin, and then my doctor told me my vitamin D-3 could not be absorbed without vitamin K. I definitely need the D for my bones, and now it's being properly absorbed.

I never heard of this until I read side effects of taking acid inhibitors for digestion, which apparently deplete this natural vitamin. It recommended using a supplement to counter the effects. I have been using it for about 3 years, along with other bone supplements. I'm 81. Haven't shrunk even a fraction of an inch since I was a teen.

I bot this after hearing Vitamin K with vitamin D can help with my type of kidney stone. By getting the body to put calcium were it is needed over being flushed out. Personally take a bit of D in the winter when I do not get enough sun, so figure give just K a try. Sense I found low dose of D in morning and evening work best to make me feel better. When I take it.

As for trying this K the first couple days had me not liking it. On taking body felt flushed and ill when I feel as if I taken to much of some thing. Even taking it every other day did not help and just felt like roller coaster.
But thin recalled that vitamin K was water soluble. So pop a capsule open and put into 2 gallon juice mix I have over a couple days for my kidney problems.

My juice mix is Gallon of Cranberry Pineapple and Orange juice of my liking. Cranberry help with infection but sadly can be bad for add calcium build up in kidneys. Pineapple read lately help with dissolving of such stone just as the citric acid of orange juice.

Have notes my back pain dull some... but hard to say when you pass stone now and then and pain spikes.
Have notes less bleeding with scratches and they seem to heal a bit faster. My gums are bleeding less to with brushing of teeth. I am surprised I have never had a dentist recommend this to me.

This 180 capsule bottle should last me year with going through a capsule every couple days. Will update this then as I debate buying anther bottle.

(Update: only taking now once a week. Finding more help in taking dandelion root supplement. Some thing that natural contains vitemon k. But one of these a week leave me pain free.)

Works as advertised. Rare though it should happen more.
