So I was searching for this product in orchid stores and was not successful. Find this in line and ordered it right away. The packages appeared small but boy did they expand! I bought 3 and was able to lightly fill 2 8in Vanda baskets! And they are loving it

My finches would not use a breeding box. They actually laid eggs in thier food bowl. I tried a nest with this cocunut fiber and they finally laid eggs in the nest..GREAT quality and lots of it
Great nesting for parakeets

Our little parakeets started mating and wouldn't keep an egg in the nest until this coconut fiber was put into the cage. Once this nesting material was used, we got 5 baby parakeets. This nesting is perfect for parakeets. whether you have a breeding pair, or a female that just lays eggs, I recommend this product for the nesting process
Good Product but My Bird Hates it.

My lovebird hates this! I put it in his cage and he never touched it, then I thought "Hey, I'll put it in his nest..." then he proceeded to throw it out to the bottom of his cage. Don't get me wrong, its a clean and good product, but I will not be buying it again because my bird hates it

Purchased so I can place it in the parakeets nest box but they seem to like playing and chewing on it. Keeps them happily busy so I'm content with my purchase.
