It really works! Spray it on, leave a minute to work it's magic. Scrub with brush. My beige tile floors are almost 30 years old. The grout was never sealed. Can you imagine the dirt I am able to get up. Will buy again.

I read that others tried this with good results on their tile garage floors. I tried this on my Moto tile garage floor but it doesn't cut through the road grim the car tires track in. It looks and smells like Fabu... I tried some undiluted, same results. Probably fine for light house clean-ups.

This is a great cleaner for my floors. Cleans well and no residue or water marks. Will last me forever since it's concentrate.

This cleaner does the job, however the lavender scent is fairly powerful/synthetic. The color and smell of this liquid reminds me of lavender Fabuloso but this cleaner does not leave a residue. It did remove sticky material from the floor fairly well, but some may find its scent a little overpowering. I prefer natural smells or no smell for that matter, so I removed one star.
