Too small if wearing warm layed clothes underneath!
Joseph H.✓ Verified PurchaseAugust 13, 2018
As far as rain gear is concerned, it worked as expected.
I am 6'2" about 230 lbs. I ordered a 2X and it was too small. If you are not wearing warm clothes (layers) for the cold, the set would have been fine. But, if you are in a cold environment with warm clothes and layers the 2X was too small. The coat fit better than the bibs, but I had to extend the bib straps as far as they would go and they fit but, were tight in the groin area.
If you are about my size get the 3X.
Best raingear for your money!

Out of the box impression since I haven't worn it in the rain yet. I ordered a large since I'm actually between a medium and large in most clothing and it fits as expected. A bit long in the legs for me (30 works better) but there's enough room in the crotch to allow shortening the suspender straps for a higher fit and the flex straps in back promise ease of movement to sit down. Leg zippers at the bottom are a nice touch as are the two hand pockets and chest pocket in the jacket. Material is medium weight vinyl (picture shower curtain liner), but flexible, not noisy, and hopefully tear resistant. Purchased to replace a Frogg Toggs suit made of a polyester which was thicker, rather stiff, somewhat noisy, no pockets, stretch waste band pants (cumbersome to get on/off)... and the material tore at the crotch! Expect this suit to be a little steamy in warmer weather but even the more expensive rainsuits can't breath well enough to prevent that.
It's tough, it fits, and you'll get neither wet nor broke.

I was concerned about: 1) the suit fitting over work clothes 2) overheating 3) ease of movement 4) wear and tear. I work at a golf course and it finally rained (yeah!)-so- I was able to wear the suit.
I asked for help on what size to order, got it from everyone, and it fits great. When raining, the suit is very comfortable. I did steam up quickly when the rain stopped (it is a rain suit!). I am glad that I ordered the larger size (3x-i am 6'2", 210lb). Range of movement was very good. And. After three uses, it has not leaked or torn. I even trimmed Rose's in the rain. If this suit is still in tact at the end of the the season, it is not just a good buy. It is a great buy!
I highly recommend this product!!

I finally found a great rain suit. I ordered a size larger & it fits like a loose glove. I can still move around with warmer cloths underneath. I do at least 2.5 miles with the dogs every morning, & if I see that its going to or might rain I pack it in the van. The only issue that I have is putting on the pants. Get rid of the strap/bar between the suspenders. Its hard to get them over the shoulder..
