I do the 100 Mile Challenge every year for Stop Soldier Suicide. I'm a natural runner, but that's a lot of miles even for me. I saw my coworker use one of these and had to get myself one. Best investment ever. I use it before and after my run. Muscles feel amazing. My calves and shoulders hurt less, my feet get a nice massage, and my hips don't suffer as much either.
