Perfect size but adhesive turns gooey in about one week!

I have bought GMS's other nose pads which are black, come in 3-packs and are slightly thicker than these 1.8 mm. Those other nose pads have an adhesive that last 2-3 weeks before becoming gooey and needing to be replaced. Three weeks is livable, but barely a week is absurd. I do not keep the glasses in a hot car. I also don't work out in them (anymore) and, still, after 5-7 days, the pads begin to slide off of the frame, revealing a gooey adhesive that is losing its power.
I like the shape, color and overall size. Just wish they would actually last longer.

I bought these to make my glasses more comfortable for working out and not slip down as much. They work well and they fit my glasses great (Warby Parker brand Percey frames). I only gave three stars, because the pads start to slide and the adhesive gets a bit goopy off after about 3 - 4 days of use for me and I wish I could get a solid week or more of workouts in before I had to change them. I think this has to do a lot with wearing my glasses to exercise and the combination of movement and sweat, and I think they'd be really great for lighter duty.

They get the job done, for like maybe a week, or until it rains outside. I've been using the pads that look like butterflies before trying this design out. This design peels off way too easy and it's embarrassing because people see it on my face, and they come off often and have to be replaced.

I always seem to select glasses that have irreplaceable nose guards that snap off before I want to replace my glasses! Two months ago I bought the 1.8mm size in clear. They do work although this size is a bit long and a tad too thick. Not annoyingly thick or causing visual difficulty but possibly what contributes to their sliding around and not lasting for very long. I seem to get about 7 - 10 days use out of them and as a quick fix they are wonderful for cushioning or covering a broken nose guard. They are very sensitive to humidity, oil, lotion, sweat, water, etc. They are definitely preferable to having a sore nose bridge! My major 'con' is that they don't stay in place and last longer. However I don't know that there is any kind of adhesive that would work! I like having these on hand and am going to get my daughters some too.

I have zero nose bridge! So anything I wear will slide off of my face! It's really hard to find 14 mm eyeglasses or sunglasses that look cute. Also, why can't I purchase the sunglasses I want and make them work even if they're not 14mm bridge?
These grips are easy to place on your glasses, and if you position it correctly, it's not noticeable. It's silicone so very soft and comfortable on your nose. I don't even feel them. They make everything fit much better and prevents it from slipping off my nose. It's much less expensive than a nose job! I rated it at 4 stars instead of 5 stars because every one is different. My sister tried a similar product and she said it didn't work for her. She had to go get special nose pads put on her eyeglasses. I'm thankful this worked for me!
