Been using and buying diaphragm self priming pumps (keeps burning out for no reason) to wash my car. Live in apartments so need a portable solution. Saw this and jumped on it. A lot easier to setup/use. People need to stop comparing this to a pressure washer. You cannot compare 20v to 120v or 320psi to 1600psi, what do people expect?

BEWARE THE WORX CUSTOMER SUPPORT DOES NOT EXIST.The only option is to leave your number for a call back,.the chat has agents who don't help.To be fair they probably get an overload that can not be dealt with.
UPDATE My first use was very bad.I tried the soap attachmant and the soap barely came out.I had to use a standard hose with a nozzle that had a soap included and it was 100 times better.
I purchased the item with the additional cleaning kit but the Hydroshot Bottle Cap Connector with Draw Hose - WA4038 was not included. I understand from another answered question it is only included with the TV offer but it is also mentioned at the bottom of the page to the left of the $159.96 price on their web site.Value Bundle: Includes Bonus Bottle Cap Attachment. If you call Worx customer service they do not pick up. Was on hold for over an hour and the disconnected without warning. Now waiting for their chat help

Not bad if you know its limits.

This product is not as powerful as a full sized pressure washer, But it's pretty useful in that it can draw from any fresh water source and when attached to a hose it can do a fair amount of cleaning. I use this to spray non-chlorine "spray and forget" cleaner on my driveway pavers because it's much easier than a pump style sprayer. Overall it's a useful tool to have around and Amazon had the best price I could find.

There are reviews critical that this doesn't operate like a 1500psi power washer, well operating on a 20v battery I can't imagine anyone who would actually expect it to. Or that it doesn't do any better than a narrow garden hose nozzle. I have had a couple weeks use on my purchase & am by no means disappointed. More than adequate pressure to get the grim off metal siding, patio floor & decking and washing the car (without stripping off decals). I installed a garden hose quick-coupler on the Hydroshot & use with garden hose, haven't tried the syphon tubing that is supplied with kit. Spray won't quite reach second floor windows however being so portable a trip up a step ladder with the Hydroshot solves that shortcoming. Battery life is short, 20min at best however for me not an issue, I have several other Worx 20v tools , (two of which are 4ah) and a 30min quick charger, which would lead me to advise purchasing extra batteries if you have large projects to accomplish. I did find that extensive use the motor housing gets very warm, even hot to the touch which needs consideration in use. Which brings to mind that to get the Worx 3yr warranty you must register your purchase with Worx at THEIR website, so if the heating issue I experienced produces a problem it is covered.
The big plus using this tool is how little water is used. Washing the car & spraying down the driveway I no longer have a small creek running down my curb as is the case with a garden hose nozzle I used in the past & still get the same results, a clean car & driveway! Anything I have used the Hydoshot for does what is intended & the job dries quickly because of the minimal amount of water used (half a gallon per minute). For me that is in itself reason enough to purchase this tool.
This is not a gas or 120VAC pressure washer & doesn't pretend to be. It is a very portable, battery operated, sprayer for close concentrated use. The only improvement I would make? Have the wand rotate 90degrees so that you can index the flat spray nozzles either horizontal or vertical, eliminating the need to rotate the entire tool & hose.
I might add, a garden hose DOESNOT have greater pressure as some have implied, I measured. A garden hose has greater VOLUME giving the appearance of greater pressure. A garden hose has typically 40 to 80PSI & 5 to 15GPM. Don't believe me, check it out for yourself. Using the Hydroshot you won't need wading boots to wash down the patio. . . . .

dirt and grime from your car exterior better than a hose

All the negative reviews I see are from people not using the product as intended. This is not a power washer design for stripping paint or decades of filth from decking. However it does have more pressure than a hose WITH the included extension wand installed. It will clean bugs, dirt and grime from your car exterior better than a hose. I've never had luck getting bug goo off with just a hose. It's ideal for cleaning patio furniture where a hose is not powerful enough and a full out power washer will shred your fabric. The Hydroshot is well built yet light enough that its not cumbersome on the end of a garden hose. The portable water draw feature separates the Hydroshot from everything else. It makes a great camp tool for cleaning boats, four wheelers and dirt bikes when power and hose hook ups are not available. The included quick connect tip for the siphon hose or garden hose is a really nice touch. With the shorter wand attached it is a gentle sprayer with several patterns to choose from. The range is short so I don't see myself using it for watering landscaping but it seems ideal for a flower or food garden where a gentler spray is necessary to keep from damaging the plants. As a portable light weight pressure washer however, it will be my take along for any messy outdoor activity.
