Easy to set up and add pictures. Great for my mother in law at her assisted living. She doesn't use her phone but now we share pictures to her skylight so she can see pictures of her great grandson

If you are giving this to someone who 1) does not have a smart cell phone, 2) is open to new technologies, and 3) HAS ASKED TO SEE MORE OF YOUR PICTURES, this is a great choice. Pictures are clear and appear immediately after being uploaded. If your loved one already uses the photo app on a cell phone, this would be redundant.

Last November we gave this as a Birthday Gift to our mother, who is also a grandmother/great grandmother. She couldn't care less, frankly. At 95, in assisted living, we thought she would want to see family pictures of her six kids and their kids and first great grandchild, but not really. Then for Mother's Day my sister bought her a similar Facebook electronic frame, and maybe you can talk on it (?)... and Mom has no interest in that, either. She wants people to call her on the phone/visit and then she will ask what she cares about.

Also, the frame took up valuable real estate on the table next to her chair, and had to be plugged in to the same plug as the light, heating pad, Alexa, and hearing aids. When the pictures changed, she could see it out of her peripheral vision, which she did not like as it distracted her from the TV. So, it soon went back in the box it came in.

I bought the 2 for one price so I can have a frame at home and one in my office. I can't say enough about them. They are so easy to set up and easy to send pictures to and the best thing is I gave the email address to my kids and they send pictures of the grandbabies and it is easy for them to do they don't mind filling the frame up because they know how much I love my grandbabies. I would definitely recommend buying this Skylight frame you will not be dissatisfied at all. Another thing is the kids love adding captions to their pictures and they also like being able to see all the photos that I do on the frame. Definitely one of the best purchases I have made in a long time.

I purchased this picture frame as a Christmas gift for my wife, she loves it. It's a great way to display all the photos you take with an iPhone (or any other digital device). It scrolls continuously through all the photos transferred to the picture frame. You can change the scroll duration/frequency to fit your preference. It sits prominently in the family room and we look at it everyday. Glad I came across it.
