Performs the job needed. I keep my kitchen aid in the pantry and often there would be dust or crumbs that would get into the bowl and i didn't care for that. I liked the price i paid for this. I would buy again. I also liked that it's long enough on the sides that i could wrap it around the bottom and the mixer stays on top of the cover and slides on the floor under the bottom shelf of the pantry.
