Why not 5 stars? The top caps/ nuts are plastic and are difficult to get tight; impossible to get tight without leaving plier teeth marks on them. Those caps should be taller and either a hard plastic or preferably metal. The finish is nice, but not sealed and when I slid my amps to check the connections, the rubber feet left scratches in the finish. A drop of contact cleaner also left a mark since the finish is not sealed. I would buy again because these are solid and stable. I would seal them or apply a couple coats of furniture wax on them first.

I'm a fan of mid century modern and this piece fit in well with my design elements. I went back and forth on what type of AVR stand to use. I looked at the wall shelves and other solutions and decided this one would fit my needs better. I deducted one star because of the spiked feet. It would have nice if different feet were offered to accommodate different floor types. I used small felt disks under the spikes so they wouldn't damage my hardwood floors.

I bought this for my mother, as a platform for her Home Theatre receiver, to fit under her TV Table. 1st we found a table that was perfect for her viewing taste but then finding this table took a while but it was the perfect height. Aside from that the Rosenut finish is a close match to the table. The hardware is nice too. So I'd definitely buy more products from this company.
