Indeed this counter might not work for every store. We've installed the counters in each of our 4 stores. 3 of them worked just fine, but one went crazy and counted each visitor four times! We replaced it with another one from the other store - same thing. Apparently the problem is not with the counter, but with something else, we couldn't figure out what exactly. It's just like each counter would refuse to work properly in this particular store. The device has a low-profile look, but serves its purpose quite well. We had to send the fourth counter back and got a more expensive one instead.

At first I was worried about the accuracy, since some people said it was too sensitive. Besides, I wasn't sure whether the light in my store was sufficient. I really needed this counter, so I decided to take a chance. Turned out, I had nothing to worry about. It works just great. I wish it it had an option to count only incoming visitors, but I guess I would need a much more costly device to enjoy such a function. For this price I'm totally satisfied with the device.

I used to have a visitor counter of a different brand, but it broke down, so I needed to replace it with something as soon as possible. I chose this one because it was affordable and the seller promised fast delivery. It did come very fast and I was able to start using it on that same day. Didn't take much effort to install, it's all quite obvious, I didn't even read the instructions. It works well, I'm satisfied. We'll see how it lasts.

This counter is a very useful thing for small business. After I've used it for a couple of days I was shocked with the number of people that came into my store and left without making a purchase! I don't doubt its accuracy, since I've tested it several times without visitors and it showed the right numbers. So if you want to get a better understanding of what is going on in your retail store, you should definitely get this counter.

Very easy to install and use. I attached it to the display stand near the entrance of my store. I used the adhesive tape that comes with the counter, holds up pretty well. As for accuracy, I would say it's pretty good. I wasn't able to install it without my shadow adding two or three counts, but that's OK, I'll just subtract them later from the total number. On the whole, I'm satisfied with the purchase.
