I like the sectional sofa for the price

I like the sectional sofa for the price. Looks nice in my living room. The instruction manual was bit confusing. I was also missing some parts; however, Amazon provided me with discount. Really happy with amazon customer service.

Best !cheapest ! Nicest looking! sofa we've ever owned and it looks so expensive!!! Comfy but not suuuuuper soft (which is what I wanted firm but comfy)
Design on a Dime Luxury

This sectional appealed to my single working mom "design on a dime" mentality. Packing was extremely efficient. Pillows and hardware are all stored in zippered compartments underneath the sofas when shipped. It was a bit of a chore to assemble, but I was able to do so myself in about an hour. The color is more black than brown, and I may have passed on this sofa if I'd known the pictures weren't true to color. However, I'm so glad I didn't. It fits the space well, is quite comfortable, appears to be sturdy and well-made, and I really couldn't have done better for the price. No, it doesn't look like I paid thousands, but it in my opinion it looks higher end than it actually is. The nailhead trim gives it a very nice touch. I'm very pleased overall. Pics don't do it justice!
Assembly was easy, took around an hour with 2 folks

Delivery of the product was on time which was committed when ordered.
Boys came in on our 2nd floor for delivery, opened the boxes and took photographs for their reference.
After delivery, you will also receive an automated call for courier survey.
The sofa comes in 3 boxes - ottoman, sofa and chaise. Cushions and assembly tools were in velcro of all 3 boxes.
Assembly was easy, took around an hour with 2 folks. Instructions were properly documented and all the parts are numbered (A-H) as in instruction. There are 12 bolts, 6 for sofa and 6 for chaise and you have tools in box to tight them.
The product is good when compared to the prize it is offered and suitable for small family.

This couch is great for the price! The assembly was easy and the chaise can go on either side. The delivery guy helped me bring it up to the third floor even though he didn't have to. That was amazing!! So far my 2 year old and I love it! I was also able to get my delivery pushed up a week to get it earlier. 😊 it looks really good in my living room
