My daughter needed a new mini tramp, so we looked around to see what we could find for a lower price than the one we had before that wore out way too fast for the price. We found this one at a really great price for a premium rebounder. We much prefer the bungee style to the noisy spring style, so this was another factor in our choice. She loves the extra room on this one, plus that it came in her favorite color. :-)
Unfortunately, we must have gotten a defective mat, though, as it started tearing apart after only 3 months. I contacted the company and was pleasantly surprised with the excellent, speedy customer service! Mr. Witteman responded to my email within the hour, with many apologies and no questions asked. I received a brand new mat within a few days, included with some extra bungees that I did not even ask for. Mr. Witteman included a very nice letter apologizing again, and ensuring me that they had tested this new mat before sending it out.
For this price, I think this is a great product by a company with excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend giving them a try!

Pretty good rebounder

This really does hold the weight as promised. Used several times now and no issues. I think this could easily hold up to 290, maybe even 300lb person. I don't weigh that much but I wanted something that would really hold the weight so there's no chance it would break. I am female and it took 1.5-2hrs to assemble by myself. I followed the pamphlet, it was a little tough but not that hard , just follow the sequence of which bands to put on first. Once you get the hang of the first 4-10 bands the rest were easy. I watched the YouTube videos online before I even got it and then played them in slow motion during the bungee band latching part to get the rhythm and technique down. Make sure to keep it equally stretched all the way around or the distance will get out of balance around the hexagon. I popped myself good with one of them, but didn't leave a bruise. It's really sturdy though. The handle bar is a little wobbly to me I might just remove it. It doesn't go all the way to the ground, which seems like a design flaw to me. I jumped on it several times and it's the first rebounder I ever used and it's fun, but it's tough! Not sure if it's as bouncy as I thought it'd be but it does the job. The jump fitness or bellicon brand seem bouncier online from the videos I watched. I guess i wanted more give and 'rebound' than I got....if that makes sense. I also took the cover off, it would stay in place anyway when I was jumping because I would step on the sides.
Worth the difficulty to assemble

I bought this understanding from other reviews that it would be extremely difficult to assemble, but high quality once it was together. Both turned out to be correct--it was not fun at all to put together, but it's very sturdy, silent, and fun to use.
Assembling it is not complicated, just physically difficult. The frame goes together easily and the hard part is getting all of the elastic bands on. In addition to requiring a not-insignificant amount of physical exertion, this process seems dangerous. I was extremely worried about stabbing myself in the eye with the tool included as I was stretching the bands like a slingshot, so I put on safety goggles I happened to have. I don't think I could have assembled it without the safety goggles as I would have been too wary to make some of the risky stretching maneuvers necessary to get some of the bands on. I also resorted to using the back end of a hammer in addition to the included tool to get enough leverage in a few cases (the second and third bands, in particular, were horrible to affix).
All that being said, I am a 5'5" woman with unexceptional upper-body strength and I put the thing together in an hour and a half entirely by myself. It would certainly be easier with two people, as the instructions recommend.
Anyhow, once you get it assembled, it's a great product! And I think a good deal for the price.

Fitness Tramps?: I purchased this because my friend from France said that everyone in Europe does fitness jumping! Ok that's when my urge to jump began - I mean Europeans are at the front of every trend right? I asked my friend what the best tramp brand was and she told me that she owned and loved her Sportplus fitness tramp, so I gave it a quick Amazon search and woola! The Set-up: During set-up it is SUPER HELPFUL TO READ THE MANUAL! I was fiddling with the bungees for ten minutes until I actually read how to put them on - with some technique, patience, and the help of my trusty muscles I put all the bungees on in minutes. I really enjoy the SILENT bungee design, my friend told me to stay away from the metal springs as they can be dangerous and loud!
