I'm African American and have long, kinky curls. I thought this would be the answer to my prayers... But no. It takes me over an hour to wash & detangle my hair in the shower. I cleaned the drain with drain-o before using and STILL had to stop & clean out this tub shroom about 4 times while washing my hair because the tub would start to fill with water instead of it going down the drain without issues. There wasn't even a lot of hair in it, either. I never had to stop before, so I'm disappointed. I was really excited to use it, but now I'll just keep looking for other options.
