Really like these. Made mini pumpkin pies with a graham cracker crust. Sturdy enough to press cracker crust in, supporting sides as you press, without distorting shape. Brushed with veg oil before I used as a precaution since I bought these to make it easier to remove individual pies before serving. Came out beautifully. Really cute to make pies.
