I bought the 36" horse a few years ago and my kids have loved it. It was so easy and fun to ride, but kids grow and with how much they loved this horse I decided to upgrade to the 44" horse that would last them as long as they wanted to ride it. I also thought it would be great for an upcoming birthday party with a western theme. All the kids could ride it and I wouldn't have to clean up any messes. When I received the horse my kids were so excited to try the bigger better horse. Unfortunately, it wouldn't go easily it was hard to make it go at all; way too hard for even my twelve year old to get it moving. I figured I could get it going, but after trying all troubleshooting efforts, it was still way too much effort to use. I returned the horse. A few days later I received an email from UFREE telling me that they were sending me a new horse, and I would get it in a few days (just in time for the party.) As soon as I took the new horse out of the box, I could tell that this horse was different than the first horse. It was really easy to finish assembly and it rolled easily. The first horse was obviously defective, the second horse works easily and wonderfully. My kids and their friends have been riding it non-stop since we got it and have been loving every minute of it. Even my teenagers are having fun riding it. Thank you UFREE! The horse was the hit of the party!

Bought this large size Ufree Unicorn for my Granddaughter (cuz I am the BEST Nana ever🤶) she is only 4,,going on 5,,,I didn't want her to outgrow it,,( The large size she will never outgrow it because adults can even ride it as you will see I will post a short video of my 30-year-old daughter testing it on Christmas Eve ,,)I also bought my 17 month old grandson hey you free horse ,( his has the armor on it it is pretty cool looking ),,these toys are amazing they are like nothing I have ever seen before they are so much fun they just make you laugh and they give you a work out ,, Great exercise ,, I cannot believe that I spent $600 for these two items I would do it again ,, I can't wait to take the kids outside with these and create lasting memories and lots of laughs ,, my daughter put them together took her about seven minutes on each Hoss on you have to do is put the head on and they give you the small tool that you need it's really easy it was boxed great a box inside of a box so it's packed great ,,, if you are thinking about getting one of these houses just do it I paid full price for my horses and Unicorn ,,(I wish I could get a discount) I am just a regular hard-working stiff who loves my grandchildren and I'm very happy with my purchase ,,,,I will update once we go outside on them,,,hopefully they are as sturdy as they feel,,,(I would like to say that they are very PLUSH ,,very soft,,like having a giant stuffed animal ,,that u ride lol,,merry xmas 2016

It was my understanding by reading the reviews, before purchasing, that a few customers had the unfortunate pleasure of receiving a lemon. I wanted so badly for this to be an amazing Christmas present for my special needs daughter. Unfortunately, I too recieved a lemon. About 20 lbs under the weight limit, I attempted to ride the wild beast myself and found it to be extremely difficult. Logic dictates that no child is working this hard to get this thing moving, there's something wrong with the product. Long story short, returned for a pony cycle and I couldn't be happier. I did have to size down, but that thing is a joy. I will say, however, one reviewer thought the horse was ugly and I could hardly say the same. I think it's a mighty fine looking horse, and if you're lucky enough to get a functioning toy, seems others like em' rather much. As for me I do appreciate the quality of the competitive brand.

UPDATE: About a week after leaving my review I received an email from UFREE stating they had sent my daughter a free large unicorn for Christmas... I'm still in disbelief at this gesture, even though I myself have been riding the toy 'round my home in wild pony races. What? Free horse you say? Unimaginable in this day n' age, but appreciated without a doubt! This company is definitely willing to go above and beyond to create a happy customer. I wanted to wait to write my update till I had an opportunity to thoroughly investigate both horses side by side...
Well it's been a week since Christmas and to be honest I'm still really unsure which brand I prefer. Side by side comparison of the ufree to the pony cycle, they each have some unique advantages over the other. The new and improved ufree holds up to 200 lbs, which far surpassed the pony cycle's 90 lb weight capacity. The pony cycle maintains a raised seat, which the 2nd edition of ufree has eliminated, creating a more comfortable ride for a larger derrière, but the saddle does tend to slip about as soon as riding begins(easily reattached with velcro). The ufree also improved upon the foot rests, which are soft and padded compared to pony cycles stiff metal foot rests, definitely nicer for indoor shoeless riding.
My daughter is non verbal, so she has no way of communicating her favorite of the two horses. However she consistently rides the ufree over the pony cycle!! I would like to thank the generous people down at ufree, you really did help create a magical Christmas for my daughter and I feel you should feel confident in knowing that even though she cannot communicate with words, she has shown that it is the ufree she does prefer! So go ahead and shop around, but I doubt you'll find another company that's that committed to their customers!

I am very pleased with the horse. I did have an issue with the horse but UFREE help take care of that. UFREE group was very gracious to help with my problem and I am very happy now with the horse and UFREE group. I would purchase anything from UFREE group knowing if I had a problem they would help and work with me to help resolve it.
