Absolutely perfect for what I needed it for. I've got a large desk area but no way to organize the desk top, this perfectly fit the bill. Assembly was quick and easy (just make sure you don't hit the little tacks too hard they break, but I did have extra in the package to replace my mistake)

Overall, it was easy and fairly quick to assemble and it does exactly what it looks like it does-holds files and other random desk products. I will say that the files you keep on the top need to be in sturdy folders or else the papers curl and collapse.

Simple and easy to assemble. Nothing fancy but serves its purpose. Takes up a good amount of real estate on the desk though and you can't separate the parts, so you don't have much flexibility in terms of configuration.

Product quality is mediocre at best. Many of the pieces are bent or malformed in one way or another. The stand itself rocks back and forth because it is not high quality, the back left corner and the front right corner teeter back and forth. For the amount I spent I was expecting a much higher quality product, very disappointed.
