I've had this chair for about 6 months and it has not held up well. While building there were no instructions or conceivable way to attach the cushion to the chair. Now the cushion is crooked and sliding down the back. The cushion is not very durable either. You can clearly see prints where my bottom sits. It was a good chair...for about a month

I'm not sending the chair back because I'm just spent trying to get it together. It has a nice finished look, but why on earth no one mentioned the defect of not having proper support I'll never know. There is absolutely no lumbar or butt support so this material will snap at some point. I have no other choice than to reinforce the frame with tie downs if I want the chair to last more than a month. All it would have taken was a few more metal bars, geez.
Update! The vendor is replacing my defective parts. In that case, I have the up the anti in the stars! Hard to rock but very nice look and comfortable!

I have to admit from the reviews, I was extremely excited to get this chair! When I pulled the cushion out of the box it is a very pretty leather looking material. But after putting it together the chair sets VERY low to the ground and from the side you can see the WHITE nylon weaving on the BROWN metal bars. It's going to have to do because we already got rid of our other chair, but I would definitely be cautious of this purchase of you are looking for something to put in a professional setting. I'm going to have to come up with a cover for the back and under the seat to disguise the cheap appearance of the white straps.
