I had a difficult time deciding which size bag to go with, so I ended up ordering the middle size (16-inch) bag. The zippers work well and do not snag, the strap is very easy to adjust and does not slip, and the bag stays in place while being worn. The pouches fill out nicely and I was even able to fit a thin hoodie in the main compartment without overstuffed the bag.
My only recommendation would be to add an elastic/velcro loop to manage the excess portion of the strap. Other than that, it's a great bag!

Loved it!! I bought this to use on day long tourist excursions that I was doing on my vacation. This stored all my things (even my mini umbrella) so I didn't worry about pickpockets or an annoying shoulder strap. I could wear it with the pouch in front or swing it to the back depending on what I was doing. Very durable.
