Prevents Mold, Fatigue, and Headaches

Much better than our old fan. Quieter, more efficient, and sucks way more air. The mirrors hardly fog up now. Because our old fan was so bad we developed mold in our bedrooms during the winter. This caused us severe allergies and fatigue until we discovered it. So in hindsight we should have got this years ago. IT IS WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY.
It has a built in flapper/damper that prevents you from loosing heat/ac. The damper in our bathroom was rusted out so it did not open fully. We were thinking of just replacing the damper but is 10 bucks more than this. This is much easier to install than a new fan and damper for way less.

Broke after 20 minutes of use. Before it broke, it seemed to do a good job of ventilation. I installed it with a variable speed switch, so it might be partly my own fault. Still, though, I would not recommend this product.
