Perfect for BLW

My favorite sleeved bib thus far. Bumpkins 6-24 month was much too large for my 7 mo old. Kushies fit much better but the material is very. very thin and the biggest problem is that there are no wrist elastics so all of her long sleeves were getting stained. THIS sleeved bib is my favorite. I love the print (got the one with bunnies). The material is thicker which could be a downside if you're trying to dry it quicker, but I personally like it. And I like that there are two ties in the back--one at the neck and one lower down to protect the shirt as much as possible. I put this bib on her first and then a silicone bib with catcher. Works perfectly.
Clean clothes!

This thing is one of those "Well, duh" products. Like, of course a sleeved bib exists... but why didn't I think to check for one sooner? My son is 10 months old and starting to eat more finger foods. We haven't gotten up the courage to give him things like spaghetti yet, but with this bib, it's on the horizon! I love this thing - it's cute! I got the monster print. :) And it works! He can't pull it off! I had given up on putting regular bibs on him - whether they closed with Velcro or a snap, he'd still pull it right off, and then his clothes would get covered in food, anyway. With this, his clothes stay almost completely clean.

I only have two complaints:
. It's puffy. No matter how I try to finagle the straps on his high chair, the bib still ends up riding up and billowing out around him. It gets in his way and he gets frustrated.
. It's kind of difficult to put on a baby. With a toddler, you could (theoretically) stand the child up to put the bib on, then secure the ties in the back, and then put the child in a chair/high chair. With my son, because he's so little, I have to put him in his high chair, then put the bib on. I buckle only the waist strap, then lean him forward while I tie the bib. It's kind of a hassle.
Cheaply made

For what I paid, this is made pretty cheeply. The seems along the arms run on the outside, when normally you'd expect them to be hidden inside the garment. The same piping they use for the seems is used for the ties in the back. They are just a length of trimming cut off and the stitches are left hanging, with no sewing done to keep the stitches from unraveling, which they do, especially aggregated by washing in the washer. This is totally functional, but is cheaply made, won't last, and above all was very expensive for what you get, in my opinion.
Doing BLW with a 6 month old, this bib ...

Doing BLW with a 6 month old, this bib is exactly what I was looking for:
1. small enough to fit my less than 20 percentile baby without bulk but enough space to grow with her for at least another year
2. Sleeves that don't ride up so it completely protects her outfit underneath
3. The pocket catches almost all of the missed food so that's a giant plus.
It's a winner for us and I would buy it 10 more if I needed more!Doing BLW with a 6 month old, this bib is exactly what I was looking for:

I've used it for almost 3 months and it's held up in the washer (didn't put in the dryer) so that's a must. It's a winner for us and I would definitely buy it again!
Cute full coverage bib/not waterproof

Super cute! I got the Ooga Booga print for my 8 month old and it fits perfectly.

Pros: Full coverage and stretchy fabric so he'll have room to grow in it. I like the drawstring in the back because my son can't yank the bib off as he would with the velcro ones.

Cons: It's not really waterproof and the fabric absorbs liquid, unless you wipe the mess off right away, it will probably stain. We got some prune juice on it and it set pretty quickly.
(Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.)

Love love the print! Would purchase more if it was waterproof and stain-resistant.
