Love this Matcha by Zen. No gritty taste and a great way to wake up in the morning without the jitters you can get from coffee. I started taking this because I looked green tea and this is a step up. I also noticed it has helped with my swelling. Also one cup in the morning really helps control my appetite. I use it in the afternoon sometimes also for appetite control.
My daughter started drinking this because she saw that I was losing weight and she said she noticed she was more awake and aware. I'm not saying this is a guaranteed weight loss product. I'm also eating healthy and working out. I just use this as an extra umph.
The tea comes in a package that looks deceptively small but there is actually a lot of servings in there. I use the two large scoops of the tradtional scoop just because I really like the taste of this product. It's up to you. I would recommend the getting a bamboo whisk because it mixes better and you get better foam.

The bag is much smaller than I was anticipating (even with knowing the ounces when I purchased it). It fits in the palm of my hand. Because I don't use it every day, I think it will still last a fairly long time. If you use it every day, you may go through it sooner. You can look up matcha recipes online but I really wish this product came with a small recipe book. I can't wait to find some new matcha recipes to try!
