I was skeptical, having tried other materials that didn't work. I have a very high end leather couch that we bought 10 years ago. After the warranty ran out, the top layer on the arms and side cracked and peeled off to reveal a lighter leather underneath. It is wide spread damage (some areas 5" in diameter). The leather restore brushed on with a sponge brush and is close enough in color to hide the damage. This will allow me to get a couple more years out of the couch.
