I received pin time and as is. This is sturdy for majority of the times, if you live in a windy place, you may need to weigh it down. For the price and quality out is great. I found it easier to clean with a wet washcloth them follow up with a dry one. I've had it in the AZ sun for a couple months and it's still going strong!
