I removed one star b/c as I was removing one of the stands from the car the knob broke in half. I can still turn it and it works ok, but they should be able to withstand more loading and unloading than that.

All good. I was used to the hefty huge StageHands speaker stands that are bit thicker, but these were perfectly fine. Nice and sturdy. They just seemed smaller. And they use the older screw braces that get stripped and eventually crack the plastic fasteners.

I had to replace the sound system at my church when it was moved to a different location. I have a Fender PA but needed stands. I ordered these and they're great! They're sturdy and easy to set up, lightweight and easy to carry and the best thing of all besides the price, is the groovy cable ties they included! Now I don't have to put the speakers on chairs and they look much more professional. 5 stars!

Quality build item allowing for good range of height and the base provides good stability. As mentioned, you need to use the provided / attached pin to set the pole height vs. expecting the screw clamp to provide enough tension. I have mounted a pole mount LCD mount on the pole and jae a 40" LCD TV attached with a speaker from a PPA500BT PA system on top. Will be putting it to the test at a couple of outdoor events over the next few months.

They seem good for the price. They are not as sturdy as some that might be more expensive. I am not sure they are good for larger speakers maybe over 15". The quality appears to be be good with solid pins to hold the stands up. The tripod does not go very wide and starts to collapse as you spread them so the width is limited. Overall I think they are good for smaller applications and a good purchase. I have only used them once for initial test set up. The 50 extra cable ties are a great addition!
