I bought these to make my life easier and to know that I was getting my progesterone pill in the right spot. I was diagnosed with very low progesterone levels in the beginning of my pregnancy and was told I would need to insert a pill vaginally every night until I would be 14 weeks pregnant. I bought these because it would make things easier and less messy. And they have worked excellently! Since I started using boric acid supplements I have been looking for an applicator to make things easier. Most applicators are pretty expensive for only a few but this is a great value! They come individually wrapped so they stay sanitary and are very comfortable to use. There are absolutely no sharp edges and the ends are very smooth and round like a plastic tampon applicator. The applicator is completely hallow so it can be easily filled with creams or ointments if needed and your suppositories won't fall out even if you're clumsy like me
