This basket is very cute, but I cannot get the ears to stand up. It was shipped to me folded up, and I cannot make them stand up; they just flop backward. I've tried several different ways of flattening them, but there is little improvement.. It looks like a round burlap basket without the ears which is boring and a disappointment.
