Overall I did get what I paid for. However, you shouldn't be experimenting with this product. If you have estrogen dominance, this will make pms symptoms worse. I know because I experimented with it before getting my hormone levels checked. It gave me night sweats to the point that I was waking up drenched in the middle of the night. I get sore breasts right before my period. This supplement made it worse. Gave me a hormonal headache too. They definitely raise estrogen levels if that's what you need but please get your hormone levels checked first. I deducted 1 star because when you burp you can taste it and it's awful.

Update: stated using in conjunction with DIM and I sleep like a baby. No sweating and I sleep the whole night without waking.

Works liver cleansing Especially for liver cerises

I'd say this is a great product. I am very big on natural health and natural health products and hate having to put any medications in my body. I have suffered from severe scoliosis that was discovered almost 20 years ago and have always been able to manage the pain through chiropractic care, yoga, and with the help of natural supplements like curcumin. I unfortunately was working a high stress job where I was stuck at a computer with little movement at least 8 hours a day and the pain got to a level that it was no longer manageable naturally. I stubbornly let my physical condition get pretty bad before I accepted that my body was just not meant to work a job that didn't allow me to move around freely. My doctor had me on narcotic pain medication and muscle relaxers for a few months as I recovered from the damage and extra agitation I had caused during my 2 years at a desk. I'm thankful the medication helped me to function through the pain and recover back to a point of simple maintenance care, however, even after I had stopped taking the medication for over 2 months and gave it time to exit my system I still felt sluggish and just like something was off. I have been taking these for a month now and can happily say that I feel back to my old self again. No longer sluggish and I feel this supplement is the reason! I plan on continuing to take it because I believe it works wonders due to my experience and I know that we are unfortunately exposed to many toxions on a regular basis no matter how careful we are of what we put in our body. I would recommend this to anyone, but especially to anyone who has or is putting any known toxin in their body.
