I'm giving the learning cube to my nephew for Christmas. His family does not own a tv so I know this will get frequent use and I'm thrilled he will be learning as he plays!

Bought this for my grandson. I can't wait for him to open it at Christmas. Had to test it out when it arrived. Great sensory and cognitive abilities for the little ones.

After an hour or so of intermittent use by my little one, the cube began to short out. I changed the batteries, but the problem persisted. Seems as though the screw holding the battery plate in place presses the batteries down to maintain connection. Even with the screw completely tightened, I can't get a consistent connection to the cube to work properly. It's otherwise a good toy, and if it had worked I'm sure would have entertained my kiddo; unfortunately, I'll never know for certain.
