Good quality and stick very well even to a phone case with a slippery coating. I have had these on my family's phones now for over a month and they have not come off or interfered with phone signal. Anything to help reduce the negative effects our phone and WiFi signals produce!

I feel it is working , my daughter in-law said she can use her phone without it burning her ears. I never put the phone to my ears so I would not know for myself, but I do feel better however.
