I bought this to use as a backdrop for my husband's birthday party. It is a "decades" theme and this will hang behind the 50's table. I have a backdrop framework and I needed to affix these 3 panels to something that I could hang off the framework. I bought a teal colored extra wide (108 x 72) shower curtain, and I used fabric glue to attach the panels to the curtain. It fits very well on the wide curtain. Here is a picture of the panels and curtain drying on the floor. Once dry, I can hang it. The only difficulty is keeping the dogs off the curtain while it's drying! Overall, the backdrop is darling and exactly the mood I want to set for the 50's party table.

I bought this to add a fun photo-booth element to our granddaughter's twelfth birthday party. We also bought the black-and-white plastic checkerboard table cover and the retro-colors plastic cat-eye glasses frames. For just a few dollars, it was a cute effect and the backdrop was the final touch.

To be honest I didn't read to the end of the product description and so this is not the seller's fault; it's in there. But this backdrop comes in three pieces that have to be taped together. If I'd noticed that, I probably wouldn't have bought it, or at least I would have looked further. Because why? I have many inexpensive backdrops and at least they all come in once piece. Having to piece it together was inconvenient. But not the end of the world.

I'd read from another reviewer that she had attached the backdrop to a cheap vinyl shower curtain liner for ease in hanging the product. I thought that made sense, so I went to Walmart and bought a two-dollar vinyl shower curtain liner. But when my daughter and I spread the liner on a king-size bed and placed the three pieces of the backdrop on it, we realized that the backdrop is much bigger than the shower curtain and it really makes no sense to try and affix the one to the other. So we just matched up the pieces and taped it, and hung it up, and it worked fine. Now I have an extra vinyl shower-curtain liner, which is fine.

I have a mini-studio with softbox lights, and I wasn't happy with the way the light bounced off the shiny plastic. To be fair, it was a few days before Christmas (granddaughter has a 12/21 birthday) and I was down with a severe cold, so I was at a disadvantage in arranging everything for the cute retro-fifties-diner photo-booth part of the party. Didn't exactly bring my A game. But all in all, if this were the only backdrop of its kind to choose from at that price point, I would buy it again. The details are very cute; the colors are vibrant. I'm sure we will use it again.

So very cute. Hanging it and getting it plumb was challenging but mission accomplished. What I didn't like was the sheen. It was SO shiny. I hired a professional photographer to take fun pictures and he said it was very challenging to get rid of that shine.

We had a 50s dress up day for our elementary school. I used the back drop in a common area and put a small table and chairs in front of it with 2 faux ice cream sundaes. All the parents loved it and took lots of pictures. Later in the day the kids were taking turns sitting at the table even though there were no cameras around! It was just what we needed!

Absolutely perfect! My family had a 1950's themed reunion and I ordered this as a photo booth background. I was pleasantly surprised by it. I'd read the reviews but I'm skeptical by nature. It came in a small bag all folded nicely, it was easy to put together a few small pieces of tape and it was together. I used my background stand and clips to hold it up and tapped the panels together (the panels are vertical) it was a hit! Everyone loved it!
