So my uncle's girlfriend told me about this product, and I have to admit that I was very skeptical because I typically don't believe in weight loss shakes or diet pills. But it's been about two weeks, and I've already lost six pounds (which I think isn't bad really). The product does taste chalky, and from the research I've done of other people's reviews, it's more or less because they changed the formula from what it originally was. Another reason also could be that powder doesn't mix well with cold liquid too. Regardless, I cut my servings in half, mix it with 16fl oz of the dark chocolate Silk almond milk, and just have a small healthy snack or low calorie meal on the side. I've found that keeps me full longer but still is enough control for me to lose weight. And if you have a smart phone, you can keep a food diary on MyFitness Pal (it's an app that's free) which helps keep track of how many calories you're burning and consuming as well as your weight. I do them both together, and it really helps me. All in all, for one glass of this stuff a day and a little chalky taste, I don't think you can beat it easily. But fair warning: I believe this product is part probiotic, so let's just say that (at least the first time you try it) you won't have to worry about constipation.

While I don't totally love the taste... this stuff works! I am not hungry! I use it at breakfast and lunch with unsweetened almond milk and I am good until dinner. I normally can't do this with regular protein shakes. I find that I am hungry 2 hours later, but with this one, it just seems to hold me longer. Going to stick with it for the next month and update my review.

I have read many reviews from folks that use 310 Nutrition and say this works. Gave myself a week to read reviews and decided to give it a try. I am glad I did, I Love the shake, was a bit unsure to start with and thought I would give it a try. Great flavor, not chalky or powdery after tast. Using to help lose 20 or so pounds. I love the fact that it sugar free and low carb so I can use it with my diet I'm already on and don't have to worry that it will mess my carbs and sugar intake up. Will purchase again. Looking to try some of the other shakes as well. Best decision I have made so far.

With straight water or almond milk it's pure gritty chocolate chalk and I have to pep talk my way through it. Once I threw it into my ninja blender with almond milk, a couple ice cubes and berries it went from 0-100 real quick. Sometimes I add a little Greek yogurt or honey.

The package needs improvement. The zip lock thingy doesn't seal. Good thing I have Zip lock bags around.

Absolutely disgusting taste. Nutrition wise, five star. Taste wise, YUCK. The only way I can get it tolerable is by adding a banana and chocolate PB2. Doing so though, more than doubles the calories, thus defeating the purpose.

Never again! Love the nutrition, but I can't get past the yucky taste. There are better tasting products out there for less money.
