Decent exercise balls

These exercise balls are decent, and the three different densities are really nice. I have taken to using the softest one as a fidget, so it gets the most use. Here is what I have noticed: the softer balls tend to fall apart more quickly than the denser ones (I assume it is the fill hole from the mold, but that's where it is starting to break apart), they are slightly tacky which means they will pick up anything and everything if they fall on the floor, and the green one I received is slightly flat on one side.
The product did come with a .pdf describing the different exercises. Since I have smaller hands, the exercises are awkward for me so I have done some modified versions instead which have helped out with increasing finger strength.
