I really wanted to like this. The drawer gets stuck and then as you are wiggling it to open the whole drawer comes down. Poorly constructed. We finally gave up and removed the drawer. Waste of money. Honestly, I'm not sure why more people are not complaining. Either the one I got was defective or people are just much more tolerant with irritating products than I am.

This whole experience has been a complete disaster. First off, apparently the one I was sent was not only USED and RETURNED, just to be resold again. It came dirty, there was some disgusting oily residue still all over the inside of the tray, like maybe a hot dog package or something similar had leaked out and the prior owner decided to send it back filthy. It was not caught (or no one cared) somehow in between and was sent back out as "new". I decided to wash it out and use it anyway, as I really needed it. After washing it thoroughly and installing it, the tray came completely out of the tracks on one side, dumping half of its contents into the fridge. After taking it all apart, I realized that one of the railings locking mechanisms was broken, and would not fully tighten and STAY tightened clamped on to the shelf. Concreted my thought that this product was a prior return. After examining the rails to see if it was something I could fix, since I really needed this drawer, it looks like it was just cheaply made and the plastic "teeth" inside the rails would not last. I cannot fix it. Completely disgusted with the seller, and dissapointed in the product, as it looks like it's the only one like this available.

I normally don't write reviews but this product is awesome. My husband and I just moved into an apartment that had a fridge with no drawers at all! I couldn't even look inside the refrigerator because it was so unorganized! These were so easy to install after initial confusion. It took about 20 minutes for the first one to be installed because I was confused and then about 5 minutes for the second one lol these seem very sturdy and like they will last a long time. The basket is a sturdy plastic. I am using the "large" size to hold pop and the extra large to be the meat and cheese drawer. If my fridge was bigger I would definitely buy more.

My new $$ refrigerator was almost perfect - but it was missing the deli drawer that I enjoyed on my older fridge. I ordered this, hoping it would be an acceptable replacement. It works great - and even allows me room underneath for small items like boxes of butter. It was easy to install (no tools needed - it just hooks on either end of the shelf, and then you push the ends together to fit to size) and the drawer slides in and out easily. I'm pleased!

Perfect addition to my new 36" wide side-by-side fridge. I wouldn't use it for anything heavy -- but it's great for the little things that would normally get lost or waste valuable shelf space that's better suited to tall items. It was also easy to install.
