Wish We Would Have Retrofitted With These Earlier

I used these for a complete lighting retrofit at my gym and everyone loves them over the dim fluorescent bulbs they replaced. Once we got the re-wiring of each fixture figured out, the replacement went great. Basically, you wind up with a hot wire at one end of each bulb and a neutral at the other end: the ballast gets eliminated, along with the associated ballast losses. There were a couple of bulbs which experienced infant mortality failures (one dead out of the box), but the seller quickly sent replacement bulbs and provided great customer service. That means a lot to me.

I couldn't figure out these bulbs since they required tombstone replacement. It would have required too much work for 20 fixtures. Also the four pack arrived damaged with every bulbs bent.
The four stars are thanks to customer service and Allen who replaced the bulbs with no hassle and tried to help me with suggestions and instructions.
Eventually I gave up on the single pin - but because Allen directed me to a 30 pack style that was compatible with my tombstones and a style I did not find searching on my own.
The correct bulbs were much easier to install after simple ballast removal and bypass. I have submitted a five star review on the other bulbs. A bit brighter (not much as my flourescents were high output), but whiter color temp and no buzz. And if as advertised, longer life and lower electric usage.

These lights work as advertised and are a good price. They are susceptible to shipping damaged be. Some of mine arrived bent. Some would be on for awhile then go out. I found that the small solder joints between the LED strips would crack and as the lamp heated they would break contact. I resoldered these joints and the lights have worked perfectly since.

We ordered two sets of these bulbs to upgrade the lighting in our shop. Two of the bulbs did not work. I emailed the customer service department as soon as we figured out there were two bad bulbs. After a brief amount of troubleshooting with us they started working on sending out replacements. Customer service agent was super nice and helpful.
As far as the lights, they work well. They are bright and work just as they should.

I installed these as soon as they arrived. Liked them so much I bought 12 more. Now one of the first 4 has lasted 4 weeks.
Allen @ cnsunway and is very willing to give me credit or send a new light assembly. I'm waiting until I install the other 8 to see if any
of them are bad before I tell him to send it.
Of the last 8 one of them has gone out.
To make it worse he asked if I would update the review. I did because he promised to send 2 to replace the first bad one I had. That was three
weeks ago. I haven't seen them. If he did I need it now to replace the second bad one.
He did send send the replacements. i put them up and they are working fine ever sense.
