The packaging was poor will minimal protection of the parts.. Could have put better thermocol sheets. Most of the blocks have got scratches. The only reason I am not returning this is because I had to spend nearly 4 hours to assemble the whole thing. What a pain.

Some pieces were missing. The one door always goes behind the magnetic piece. The door sticks so u gotta pull it to come out. And it is put together correctly but with missing pieces had to improvise.

This piece tested my patience. Took 3 days to assemble. I had to undo some parts many times. The instructions were a nightmare. The parts were lettered. The instructions told you to put part 24 into part 6. WTH!!!! My doors have a gap between them. The important instructions were glossed over. Never told you how to screw in the mini plugs or whatever they were called. A nightmare. It is the opposite of sturdy. I'm afraid its going to fall apart. This is not a good piece at a good value. It's a cheap piece of crap.

Do not buy this piece of crap!!! As we were trying to attach the top piece the bottom screw holes snapped rendering the whole thing useless. I only put one star because that was my only lowest option.

Instructions were not coordinated, parts labeled by letters, instructions used numbers, and they DID NOT match up. Good thing common sense took over, took extra time, not as STURDY as I would have liked, but does hold all that I needed it to hold. could use better (larger) wheels for easier moving around, as it IS on wheels.
