It saddens me that my first order was delivered during the winter season and if you know, you know not to store mayonnaise in the freezer. This will separate the items that make the mayonnaise. So I need to learn how to fix this issue before I can try Dukes for the first time and see what my southern family and friends are raving about. Because in Northeast Ohio Dukes is not local.

I sent this order to my sister, and suspect it was inadvertently frozen in transit. When it arrived, it was separated and inedible, presumably not representative of its usual quality. NOTE TO SHIPPERS IN COLD-WEATHER CLIMATES: some products are ruined if allowed to freeze. They need climate control in cold weather as much as some products need refrigeration in hot weather.
