I've been loving my Stair Climber Bigger Mighty Max Dolly Cart, Red Handtruck Hardware Garden Utility Cart (red) ever since July when I purchased it. I have a very specific use for mine and that is getting cases of water, groceries and gallons of milk up 3 flights of steps.

I typically use my Bigger Mighty Max Dolly Cart at least twice a week, hauling upstairs up to 2 cases or water at a time, or up to 6 gallons of milk at a time, and/or other lighter groceries. It's strong enough to handle 8 gallons of milk, I've tried that one time but that is more weight than I care to bring up at one time. For milk I have 2 milk crates I also purchased from Amazon along with bungee cords also from Amazon to hold them secure to the dolly.
I do from time to time lubricate all the moving parts of my wheels with TriLube just because.

So far so good, it does not to have any noticeable wear on it and everything is still intact.

It's good to check the wheels once in a while to make sure they are still locked into place. I had to press mine back in locking them in place last week when I noticed one was starting to come off. It snapped right back in and all is good now.

I first ordered one for me, then because I like it so much I ordered one for my daughter. I purchased a square tall laundry basket, budgie corded it to the cart. Now after I grocery shop, I put all my purchases in the basket then wheel it into the house. I have 3 steps into my house no matter which entry I use. This makes it so easy and cuts down on the dozen trips back and forth and up and down the stairs. It works perfect.

This item works great for going up and down stairs. I moved a portable air conditioning unit that weighs around 60 lbs. If you don't tie the moved item to the frame you have to be careful navigating the stairs so the item doesn't fall off or try to pull you along with it. The base plate could be a bit larger to allow items to sit more firmly. It worked for me and I recommend it.

I have a cabin where I am required to climb 3 flights of stairs to reach the kitchen. Primarily, I wanted the cart for the purpose of transporting my groceries to the kitchen. I also used it to transport 2 boxes of small unassembled bookcases. Two flights of stairs are open exterior stairs and I was concerned that perhaps it would not work on the open stairs but worked fine. I deducted one star because one flight of open stairs has fairly wide low angled steps and the cart could not handle these on the way down. I had to provide my own strap to secure the load to the cart.

The product description is NOT accurate: "This Dolly is ideal for Gardening, moving water bottle cases from the Grocery Store to your kitchen, moving boxes/packages, or anything else that is not comfortable to carry in your hands".

It should state items must be less than 12 inches wide otherwise the item rubs against/sits on the 3rd wheel on each side of the cart, preventing the cart from moving. Major issue. I returned my item.

Bungee cords and a higher platform base would make this product significantly more useful.
