Not very powerful

The battery lasted for well over 3 hours on one charge, and it is definitely durable. But it's not as powerful as a similarly-priced one that I also bought on Amazon. The misting feature isn't useful, and the family agreed that it didn't make a difference in cooling while at Disney. I wouldn't repurchase this one. I'm actually going to buy two more of the other one that performed better.

I bought the first black mini hand held mister fan a week ago and the product came used. There was water in the reservoir and the protective plastic covering that should have been on the non-slip rubber feet had already been removed from the previous buyer. I tried it again the next day to order another one hoping it would be a new unit but the 2nd unit was also previously used when I received it. Very disappointed! I'm returnung both fans and will not buy another one.

I didn't end up using this fan because it comes with a tiny squirt bottle you have to use to fill the water reservoir. Really? I'm supposed to carry that around as well? There is a strongly worded warning to only use the bottle because the fan is not waterproof and the reservoir is on the top above the motor so if you try to fill it from the tap...goodbye fan. Donated to charity.

Just received, haven't had a chance to do a full test yet, but right off the bat two negatives: 1) The product does NOT run at full speed when connected directly to a USB port (5v,2.6a), it runs at low and medium speed but not high. Medium speed is usable, but 2) The USB charging port is on the bottom of the stand so there's not really a practical way to use the product as a misting fan while plugged in and charging/running with AC power.
You could use the fan on it's side but the water reservoir is on the "top" so lying on the side the misting work properly.

I received a very nice apology from the seller and they reassured me that the product should not have come with water in the chamber and was probably a returned product that Amazon mistakenly shipped out. I'll be purchasing a new one and hope for much better results
Was super excited about my purchase that I took it to work to unveil it at the office. When I opened the box the first thing I noticed was that the box looked like it's been opened previously but I blamed it on poor packaging. When I opened the box flap the first thing I see is that there is a lot of condensation in the water chamber. When I took it out of the packaging I noticed it was like someone had emptied the water before sending it. I thought well maybe the manufacturers did it for QA purposes. But I also noticed scratches and scuff marks on the casing. When I tried the mist feature it gives out a moldy unpleasant smell. It looks like the inside metal plate where the mist comes from is rusted around the edges. I love the concept but I cant stand the smell. I will be returning and hopefully getting a new one with no mold smell.
